Most people, however, love a moderately hot taste that improves food taste and stimulates digestion.
And it’s not just that – chill provides many health benefits.
Why is it healthy?
Capsaicin peppers give not only anger, but also special medicinal properties that make them one of the healthiest foods in the world.
1. They act anti-inflammatory
Thanks to capsaicin, chili has anti-inflammatory properties. Capsaicin strongly blocks substance P, which is associated with inflammatory processes in the body. Regular intake of chilli can serve as an excellent prevention of arthritis
2. Prevent pain
Recent research confirms that chili effectively reduces pain caused by arthritis, psoriasis, and diabetic neuropathy.
3. Promote the health of the cardiovascular system
It has been shown that hot peppers reduce the level of cholesterol and triglycerides and prevent the formation of blood clots. Cultures that widely use chili have a much lower percentage of heart disease, stroke and thrombosis.
